The recipe is key
We call it our rule of 4. Every one of our recipe is composed of only four ingredients. Also, we age the chillies for a minimum of 4 weeks and our premium vinegar for a minimum of 4 months.
1 - Aged Chillies
The core character of a sauce is it’s chillies. Each recipe has a single type in it. This allows it’s personality traits to shine their brightest.
2 - Pairing Flavour
The second ingredient in our recipes is carefully chosen to pair with its specific chilli type and create a symbiotic fusion of flavours.
3 - Splash of Vinegar
Next, we mix in some of our very own, carefully crafted Raw Mead Vinegar with mother. it is aged for a minimum of 4 months. It acts as a natural preservative while Its tangy sweetness amplifies the flavour.
4 - Pinch of Salt
Finally, a bit of pure, organic, raw Sea Salt brings balance to it all. It is also a natural preservative.
